We originally designed modifications for this Tudor Cottage house in 1980. Eleven years later, the Oakland Fire Storm only the masonry chimney standing.

Te reconstruction was designed to take maximum advantage of a framed bayview and a south facing trombe wall aligned for best passive solar orientation. All living spaces open to the view including open deck acccess.

The master bedroom opens to a private view deck with outside viewing area. On the stree side, privacy is provided by a step-down, terraced garden.
