The project consists of modernization of existing middle school campus. It includes new entry modification and upgrade, exterior facade upgrade, reception modification, classroom renovations, and general campus wide improvements. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are modernized.

One of the issues of the project is to discourage roof access from lower entry walkway covering. New entry structure is designed to minimize the access to the covering, and to define the school entry. Entry walkway is enlarged with seating to promote public interaction at the front of the school.

The project is in full compliance with the Division of State Architect Review.
