The project consists of replacement of existing modular buildings with new modular buildings.

Site planning elements include 22,000 SF of new classrooms and office buildings to create protected inner school grounds while generating outreaching street frontage. The elevator element, in addition to the modified student dropoff area is featured to generate school identity

Shipping container modules are considered to minimize budget and schedule, and to reflect adjacent maritime environment.

Existing gymnasium building is designed to be fully renovated and the construction is implemented in phases to accomodate partial site occupation.
