Historic Facade Improvement
The project includes facade and interior improvements of a National Register of Historic Places registered building.
Built in 1926 by Drs. Herman and Henry Eggert, the hotel is an extension of a pre-existing building. The hotel housed 55 guest rooms with several apartments upstairs and store fronts on the ground floor. The art deco hotel boasted a dining room, billiard room, bridge room, and garden courtyard.
Finishes and textures are selected to reflect period appropriate aesthetics. Fixtures are replaced to match the histrorical art-deco style. The project process included review by the National Register of Historic Places.
