Oakland Office Tenant Improvement

Project scope includes Interior and Exterior Tenant Improvement of existing 16,000 SF office building.

Lobby spaces are designed to maximize natural light transfer by using fire rated interior storefront assembly. Existing tilt-up concrete exterior is renovated to use polymer covered metal panels. Exterior building elements are enhanced using contemporary materials and new curved signage.

Interior spaces are designed to maximize versatility of future tenant use. Additional scope includes accessibility improvements, parking area improvements, and interior common space improvements.
