Warehouse Conversion

The project scope includes new 2 story, 4,500 SF office structure within existing tilt-up warehouse building.

Program challenges includes creating seismic separated interior office spaces while minimizing construction budget. Engineered structural members are utilized to minimize construction waste and field framing time. In addition, easily maintained and durable finish, such as stained concrete floor and cork wall finish are specified to meet the client's requirement.

Additional considerations include executive suite, conference room, new vehicle access through existing concrete tilt-up panels, accessibility improvements including parking, restrooms, interior access, fire sprinkler modification, and new exterior corporation yard.
